【取消订单】
I want to cancel my order #订单号, I hope you can help me.
客服问理由的话,可以说I entered wrong information/ address. (信息/地址有误)I bought wrong tiems.(买错东西了)
【退货】
退货分两种情况,一种是收到了,一种是在路上。(**确认是不是free return)
收到了想退回,I received the order #订单号, but i want to return it. Can you send a returm label to me?
